This Privacy Policy explains what information MorphCam ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. We built MorphCam to collect as little as possible. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and your password, which is always stored securely and never in plain text.
• Technical & security data: limited technical information about your device and connection that we use to operate the Service, keep it secure, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Usage & billing data: records needed to run and bill the Service, such as streaming sessions, credits used, and timestamps.
• Payment records: when you buy credits, payment is handled by a third-party cryptocurrency processor. We receive the confirmation and transaction references needed to credit your account.
• Reference images you provide: images you upload to drive a transformation are processed to deliver it. See "How your video and images are handled" below.
• Support communications: messages you send us and notifications you choose to receive.

2. How your video and images are handled

Your live camera feed is transformed in real time to deliver your stream. We do not sell your video or images, and we do not use your content to train AI models. Reference images and live frames are processed transiently to provide the Service and are not retained beyond what is needed to deliver your session. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To create and manage your account and process payments and credits;
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy;
• To provide support and send service-related notices; and
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising networks in the Service.

5. Service providers we share with

We share the minimum necessary with vetted providers that help us run the Service:

• Processing & delivery providers that help us provide the Service's core functionality;
• Payment processors that handle cryptocurrency transactions;
• Infrastructure providers that host our servers and database.

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms for the specific function they provide. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Transient processing data (such as live frames) is not retained beyond what is needed to deliver your session. You can request deletion of your account as described below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@morphcam.app. You may also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

9. International transfers

We operate infrastructure in one or more jurisdictions and may process and store information in countries other than yours. By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred and processed in those locations.

10. Cookies & local storage

The website and app use minimal cookies and local storage necessary for functionality (such as keeping you signed in and remembering preferences). We do not use them for cross-site advertising.

11. Children

The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
